About the job Content Specialist (Social Media)
Location: Bur Dubai
Reporting to: Marketing Director
Salary: AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Language: Bilinguals preferred
Education: Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE)
Our client is one of the UAEs oldest and most respected family-run conglomerates, with a diverse portfolio across manufacturing, food & beverage, real estate, distribution, and solutions in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman.
They are now looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join their marketing team and manage digital presence across three exciting brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for digital and social use

Edit visual content to align with brand tone and quality standards

Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns

Maintain a well-organized digital asset library
Social Media Management:
-
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Execute a structured monthly content calendar for all three brands
-
Optimize content per platform to maximize reach and engagement
-
Track social media trends, hashtags, and user behavior to keep content relevant

Analyze performance and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Collaboration & Marketing Support:

Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution

Support brand initiatives, events, and product launches

Assist in ad-hoc marketing and content needs as they arise

Stay current with social media, photography, and videography trends
Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (must be fully attested)

2 to 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

Understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

Strong content planning, storytelling, and basic copywriting skills

Ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Photography and videography experience is a strong plus

Must be comfortable managing multiple brand accounts at once
