Salary: AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Education: Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE)

Our client is one of the UAEs oldest and most respected family-run conglomerates, with a diverse portfolio across manufacturing, food & beverage, real estate, distribution, and solutions in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman. 

They are now looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join their marketing team and manage digital presence across three exciting brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for digital and social use

  • Edit visual content to align with brand tone and quality standards

  • Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns

  • Maintain a well-organized digital asset library

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

  • Execute a structured monthly content calendar for all three brands

  • Optimize content per platform to maximize reach and engagement

  • Track social media trends, hashtags, and user behavior to keep content relevant

  • Analyze performance and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Collaboration & Marketing Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution

  • Support brand initiatives, events, and product launches

  • Assist in ad-hoc marketing and content needs as they arise

  • Stay current with social media, photography, and videography trends

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (must be fully attested)

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

  • Understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

  • Strong content planning, storytelling, and basic copywriting skills

  • Ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Photography and videography experience is a strong plus

  • Must be comfortable managing multiple brand accounts at once
