Administrative Support Temporary Contract
Location: Capital Gate, Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6-12 months

Our client, a leading semi-government holding company with investments across Energy, Food, Healthcare, and Mobility sectors, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to assist their Finance and Digital & AI departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Handle internal and external communications; prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.

  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems; support procurement and invoicing (PR/PO submissions).

  • Manage confidential information and provide general administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with Oracle is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Immediate availability with own visa.

Timings: Mondays to Fridays
