Our client is a Oil and Gas energy company, looking to hire a receptionist for a short term contract (3 weeks).

Please note that only candidates who are on a family-sponsored visa and are immediately available will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office location: Trio Towers, Barsha Heights
  • Working days: Monday to Thursday
  • Working hours: 8 am to 6 pm
  • Job Types: Temporary, Contract
  • Contract length: 1 month
  • Pay: Up to AED200.00 per day
  • Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
