About the job Receptionist (Temporary role)
Our client is a Oil and Gas energy company, looking to hire a receptionist for a short term contract (3 weeks).
Please note that only candidates who are on a family-sponsored visa and are immediately available will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a professional & courteous manner.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering the board line and connecting to the relevant party.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Admin related tasks such as receiving courier, arranging courier, pantry supply, office stationery
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office location: Trio Towers, Barsha Heights
- Working days: Monday to Thursday
- Working hours: 8 am to 6 pm
- Job Types: Temporary, Contract
- Contract length: 1 month
- Pay: Up to AED200.00 per day
- Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
