Role Summary:
We are seeking organised and technically skilled Simulation Assistants to join our client's healthcare simulation center. The role supports the operation of simulation-based training tools, simulators, and technical resources, ensuring seamless training delivery and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Simulation Training Support:
- Prepare, set up, and allocate all requirements for scenario-based and skills training activities and OSCE exams.

Set up and reset rooms for OSCEs and training sessions.
Ensure all teaching facilities are stocked with required clinical supplies.
Simulation Resource Management:

Maintain inventory and stock levels for all necessary items.

Document and update records for inventory and assets.
- Report and coordinate maintenance for all simulation equipment, instruments, and facilities.

Record and maintain data for all simulation activities, ensuring confidentiality.

Follow and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
General Expectations:

Undertake any other related duties as reasonably required.
- Maintain a professional, cooperative, and flexible approach to work across the department and organisation.
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc or Diploma in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy (RT), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Biomedical, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare institution.
Skills and Knowledge:

Proficiency in English with the ability to understand basic medical terminology.

Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy are required.

Affinity for technology, including the use of medical instruments, machines, and simulators.

Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.

Familiarity with clinical setups and manikins is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
