What You'll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top talent to clients.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business and hiring needs.
• Source candidates using multiple channels job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with your teammates to achieve and exceed recruitment goals.

What We're Looking For

• 4-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing or agency environment.
• Proven success hiring mid to senior-level professionals across various industries.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
• Adaptability and openness to new ideas, tools, and processes.
