Job Description:

Our client is a leading provider of lashing and packaging services in the Middle East. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in packing, lashing, and cargo securing solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in project cargo forwarding sales or B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within logistics, shipping, and
• warehousing sectors.
• Develop, manage, and grow client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.
• Generate enquiries, convert leads into business, and consistently achieve sales
• targets.
• Conduct site surveys and provide basic estimations as per client requirements.
• Address client needs, resolve issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Maintain a strong market presence through frequent travel across the UAE for sales
• calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in packing, lashing, and cargo securing (mandatory).
• Prior experience in project cargo forwarding sales or B2B industrial sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge for basic estimations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with company policies and objectives.
