Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join our field service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office printing systems, including both hardware and software components. You will work directly with clients in SMB and enterprise office environments, providing excellent service and ensuring minimal equipment downtime.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE)
  • Hands-on experience using multimeters, reading electrical schematics, and performing circuit-level troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers, networking, and color theory.
  • Experience with Konica Minolta office products is preferred.
  • Mandatory certification and support experience in SafeQ, Papercut, and Equitrac.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physically active ability to walk, stand, bend, and drive frequently during the workday.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and resolve 1st-level support calls and installation requests for office printers and related equipment.
  • Install and configure Managed Print Services (MPS) software, including SafeQ, Papercut, and Equitrac.
  • Use remote monitoring tools (e.g., CSRC) to perform proactive maintenance and identify potential issues.
  • Perform a full range of technical diagnostics and repairs including software loading, hardware replacement, and configuration.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction based on SLA requirements.
  • Manage inventory and parts at assigned client sites.
  • Act as a primary contact for the customer, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
  • Guide and assist junior technicians when required.
  • Ensure all work is done safely, especially when working around electrical components.
