We're Hiring: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a prestigious electronic brand in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, from mock-up to final handover, ensuring timely execution, proper documentation, and strong client satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Title: Project Coordinator
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (Kitchen appliances / MEP / construction projects preferred)
• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from delivery and installation to testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Coordinate with consultants, site teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor material deliveries, site readiness, installation schedules, and project documentation
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover documentation to ensure project completion standards
• Conduct regular site visits, attend coordination meetings, and provide technical support to teams and customers
• Support AMC contracts, renewals, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Skills & Requirements

• Strong project coordination and site execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Basic technical knowledge of installation and commissioning
• Strong documentation, organization, and MS Office skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in MEP, construction, or appliances industry
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and project documentation
