We're seeking a full-time Senior Performance Calibrator to join our Richmond, VA team and be at the forefront of executing the final step of calibrating our cutting-edge performance builds prior to delivery.

In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects and different platforms including standalone EMS to the latest GM Global-B and everything in between.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience as a full-time Calibrator
• Experience and proficiency in high-performance aftermarket Calibrations, including but not limited to:
  • HP Tuners (GM, Ford, and Mopar)
  • EcuTek (Subaru, Nissan, and BMW)
  • Cobb (Subaru and Ford)
  • Stand alone EMS (Haltech, Motec, and AEM)
• Drive and motivation to continue growth and learning in a constantly evolving field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to top-tier workmanship

DAY-TO-DAY
