About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a lead-level ServiceNow Technical Consultant with specialist CMDB expertise to conduct a full investigation of the client's ServiceNow instance and deliver a structured assessment and recovery roadmap.

This is a focused, analytical engagement — not an implementation role. The candidate must be capable of working independently, diagnosing complex CMDB environments, and producing clear, actionable documentation for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate the client's ServiceNow instance to identify CMDB issues and root causes
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the current CMDB state
  • Develop a clear and structured remediation and recovery roadmap
  • Present findings and recommendations to the client stakeholders
  • Produce formal assessment documentation to support the recovery process

Requirements

  • Expert-level CMDB experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Proven ability to independently investigate and diagnose complex CMDB environments
  • Strong experience producing formal assessments and recovery roadmaps
  • Lead or principal level seniority — junior profiles will not be considered
  • Work authorization required for this engagement
  • Active ServiceNow certification preferred
