Job Overview

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer for a full‑time onsite position in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing web applications, eCommerce platforms, and mobile applications, with strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of user‑centered design principles.

This role is ideal for designers looking for long‑term growth, structured working hours, and collaboration within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces for web, eCommerce, and mobile applications
• Translate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and design improvements based on data and feedback
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all platforms
• Review and iterate designs based on user insights and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to design best practices and support junior designers when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Design or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in:
  • Web applications
  • eCommerce platforms
  • Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility guidelines
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience designing SaaS or scalable digital products
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
• Experience with motion design, micro‑interactions, or advanced prototyping
• Familiarity with eCommerce workflows (checkout, product discovery, conversion optimization)
