About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a client for a high-performance Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join an active ITSM squad. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in full Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of delivering two sprint cycles within the engagement window.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role. Only senior-level candidates with a proven track record of high-performance delivery will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily standups and all Scrum ceremonies throughout the engagement
- Take full ownership of the two sprint cycles allocated to this role
- Configure and deliver ITSM solutions in line with sprint commitments
- Collaborate with the squad and client stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards throughout
Requirements
- Senior-level ServiceNow experience with a strong ITSM background
- Demonstrated ability to deliver within Agile and Scrum environments
- High-performance mindset — ability to work at pace in an active engagement
- Active ServiceNow certification required
- Fluent in Portuguese
