Our Client is a global supplier of aseptic liquid packaging solutions, including packaging materials, caps, straws, and aseptic filling machinery. We serve clients across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering high-quality, scalable packaging solutions to B2B clients.
Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Export Manager with strong knowledge of international trade, logistics, and B2B client handling. This role focuses on managing export operations, handling global clients, and driving new business opportunities across international markets.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in export documentation, Incoterms, and payment instruments (LC, TT), along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Export Operations & Market Management
- Manage export markets across Middle East, Africa, and Asia
- Execute end-to-end export processes (logistics, compliance, coordination)
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping standards
Client Communication & Negotiation
- Handle international client communication and relationship management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Manage payment methods (LC, TT, Open Account)
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in export/import or international trade
- Strong knowledge of:
- Incoterms
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Shipping & logistics processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple markets and clients simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sector (B2B)
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP systems
- Strong understanding of global trade dynamics
