Junior Software Developer (Fresh Graduate – AI / ML)

Job Overview

This is a full‑time Onsite position based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, offering stable working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, ideal for professionals seeking long‑term growth in an office‑based environment.

We are looking for a motivated and high‑potential Junior Software Developer who is a fresh graduate from a reputable university such as FAST, NUST, or equivalent. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong programming fundamentals and basic knowledge or academic exposure to Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands‑on industry exposure, and grow your career in a structured development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
• Write clean, well‑structured, and efficient code under guidance of senior developers
• Support implementation of basic AI / Machine Learning concepts into applications where required
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand system architecture and workflows
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Learn and apply best software development practices
• Stay updated with new technologies and continuously improve technical skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduate from a reputable university (FAST, NUST, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to Machine Learning / AI concepts
• Familiarity with:
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Academic projects related to AI, ML, or data analysis
• Basic knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Internship or final‑year project in software development or AI
