About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and target-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our strategic market outreach, proactively connecting with potential clients across Pakistan, introducing our premium corporate solutions, and securing valuable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Conduct targeted outbound professional outreach to potential corporate and individual clients across Pakistan.
• Lead Generation: Effectively present the company's portfolio to build interest and qualify viable business prospects.
• Pipeline Management: Secure, schedule, and coordinate follow-up meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
• CRM Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of daily customer interactions, feedback, and engagement outcomes within our system.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and foster positive, professional relationships with prospects to ensure a strong brand reputation.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed designated daily and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 months of proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Language Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Urdu and a strong, fluent command of spoken English.
• Personality: Confident, resilient, highly persuasive, and motivated by hitting performance milestones.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work a permanent evening/night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
