About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a client for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to provide advisory and design support across two project phases — Initiate and Plan. This is a purely consultative and design engagement with no development work involved.

The Solution Architect will serve as the primary source of technical continuity for the client, guiding design decisions across ITSM, ITAM, and SPM/Enterprise Architecture and ensuring the program is positioned for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory support across ITSM, ITAM, and SPM/EA design phases
• Lead and support BPC-driven workshops with client and delivery teams
• Develop and validate solution designs aligned to ServiceNow best practices
• Act as a single point of technical continuity across the initiate and plan phases
• Document architecture decisions and design recommendations
• Collaborate with business process consultants and client stakeholders throughout

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect on enterprise engagements
• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITAM, and SPM / Enterprise Architecture modules
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability
• Comfortable operating in an advisory capacity without hands-on development
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
• Active ServiceNow certification preferred
