*Position Summary:*
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent in alignment with business objectives. The role requires a strategic recruitment leader with extensive experience in large-scale hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, campus recruitment programs, talent pipeline development, and recruitment process optimization. The incumbent will drive talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong employer brand presence.
*Key Responsibilities*:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and workforce requirements.
Partner with business leaders to understand current and future manpower needs.
Design and implement recruitment frameworks, policies, and best practices.
Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns for operational, technical, and corporate functions.
Develop recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure timely closure of positions to meet business expansion and project requirements.
Build strategic partnerships with leading universities and educational institutions.
Design and execute campus hiring programs, graduate trainee programs, and internship initiatives.
Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and recruitment forums.
Develop a sustainable talent pipeline through university engagement programs.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Develop and promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to enhance employer visibility.
Manage recruitment-related social media campaigns and talent attraction activities.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize ATS and recruitment technologies to improve hiring effectiveness.
Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
Analyze hiring trends, recruitment funnel effectiveness, and sourcing channel performance.
*Education*:
MBA (HRM) / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline from a reputed institution.
Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Employer Branding, or Recruitment Excellence.
*Experience*:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years dedicated to Talent Acquisition.
Experience in engineering, construction, technology, telecom, manufacturing, or large-scale corporate environments will be preferred.
