Project Manager

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
Location: Rawalpindi (Onsite)
Night Shift: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Gender: Male
Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to understand and gather complete project requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project.

• Prepare project briefs, scopes, timelines, and all required documentation.

• Assign tasks to developers, designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Manage the company’s internal project management system.

• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, reports, and business emails.

• Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support when required.

• Review website designs and development work before submitting them to clients.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.

• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in a digital agency).

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Strong experience in project management and team coordination.

• Good understanding of Website Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Branding.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience writing professional proposals, reports, and project documentation.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Good design sense and understanding of modern web standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with onsite teams.

• Technical background in web development or digital marketing.

• Experience dealing directly with international clients.
