Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday Half Day)
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead social media strategy, brand engagement, and student outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in digital marketing, content strategy, community engagement, and partnership development, particularly within the education or student-focused sector.
You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, student engagement, and lead generation, while working closely with designers, ambassadors, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Content Strategy
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns for social media platforms
- Guide designers to ensure content aligns with brand identity and messaging
- Review and approve final creatives before publishing
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Plan, schedule, and optimize content for engagement and reach
- Monitor trends, audience insights, and performance metrics
Ambassador Program Management
- Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors
- Develop incentive programs and engagement strategies
- Track ambassador performance and impact
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly reports on campaigns, engagement, and performance
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improvements
- Present insights and recommendations to management
Student Data & Lead Management
- Collect and maintain student databases for targeted outreach
- Track inquiries, leads, and engagement metrics
Institutional Partnerships
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and universities
- Coordinate events, seminars, and student engagement activities
- Manage collaborations with academic institutions
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students (walk-ins/leads)
- Provide guidance and encourage student enrollments
- Track conversion performance and outcomes
Training & Program Development
- Attend university training sessions and workshops
- Design and manage summer internship programs for students
- Mentor and guide interns throughout the program
Required Skills
- Strong social media marketing and content strategy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in community engagement and brand building
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage campaigns, teams, and partnerships simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with lead generation and conversion strategies
