Tasks:

• Knowledge, application, and optimization of existing quality management manuals, processes, and procedures within the area of responsibility.
• Knowledge and application of laws, guidelines, and HR compliance requirements within the area of responsibility.
• Onsite support.
• Refueling PCs/notebooks.
• First and second-level support, including troubleshooting system malfunctions.
• Setting up IT workstations.
• Windows Active Directory.
• o Linux
• o Basic knowledge of network technology
  
• o Experience with database servers (SQL, Postgres)
• Administration, installation, configuration, and monitoring of server and network infrastructure
  
• Helping to shape a sustainable and future-oriented IT strategy and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Completed training as an IT specialist
• Good knowledge of virtualization, store systems, and backup technologies
• Very good practical experience in the Windows environment: client, server, Active Directory
• Confident working in the Linux environment at LPIC-1 level
• Experience with Citrix desirable
• Independent and autonomous working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Very good English and German skills
