Tasks:

• Knowing, applying and optimizing existing quality management manuals, processes and procedures in the area of responsibility. Knowing and applying laws, guidelines and RH compliance requirements in the area of responsibility.
• Demand support and processing
• Onsite Support
• Support and processing of special projects, esp. with regard to infrastructure integration projects
• Design, implementation and operation of new processes and applications within the hosting platform
• Administration, installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the server and network infrastructure
• Co-creation of a sustainable and future-oriented IT strategy & infrastructure
• Second level support in terms of analysis and rectification of system faults
• First and Second Level Help Desk

Requirements:

• Completed training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience or a degree in computer science with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Citrix, virtualization, storage systems and backup technologies
• Ideally certified Citrix Certified Administrator along with other CCP-V and CCA-N certificates
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Very good practical experience in the Windows environment
• Safe trading in the Linux environment
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• High communication and teamwork skills as well as service orientation
