Position: Chapter Lead-Linux infrastructure

Location: Munich, Germany

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Break down EA requirements (initiatives) into the necessary work packages, tailor them, prioritize them, and schedule them in the respective time cycles (sprints/releases)
• Identify and ensure the necessary prerequisites for starting the implementation of your own responsible work packages (DoR)
• Accountable for maintaining, managing, ensuring, and adhering to data quality in the corresponding tools for the respective work packages
• Accountable for ensuring the technical and procedural deliverability of experts from the lot for the respective IT services
• Accountable for the technical, procedural, and compliance-compliant
  achievement of the respective work packages (DoD), sprint goals, and
  releases
• Accountable for the procedural assurance of the implementation and
  verifiability of quantitative and qualitative deployments of IT services
• Accountable for ensuring, maintaining, restoring, and developing the availability, usability, and operation of the assigned IT services
• Accountable for identifying, tapping, implementing, and utilizing automation potential
• Accountable for procedural, qualitative, and quantitative compliance with ITSM processes and their KPIs for IT services
• Accountable for creating, maintaining, and supplying reports,
• Accountable for ensuring, reviewing, following up on, and delivering controlling data (forecasts, performance records,
• Accountable for the utilization of the contract, onboarding and off boarding of experts in the team)
  

Requirements:

Basic qualifications:

• Independently structure, design, and manage strategic tasks
• Knowledge of IT network infrastructure (technologies, protocols, IT network plans, diagrams, enterprise networks)
• Knowledge of IT service management (strategy, portfolio, design, transition, operation, support)
• Knowledge of IT governance/strategy (IT organization, target operation model, risk management, IT governance, IT audit, reporting)
• Knowledge and, ideally, certification in ITSM frameworks, e.g., ITIL v3 or v4
• Knowledge and ideally certification in strategy frameworks such as, e.g., COBIT
• Knowledge and ideally certification in requirements management frameworks such as, e.g., SRE, IREB
• Knowledge and ideally certification in test management frameworks, such as e.g., ISTQB
• C1 level German and English language skills
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, product owner, or chapter lead in a Linux enterprise environment
• At least 5 years of experience in agile IT infrastructure projects in an enterprise environment (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
• At least 5 years of experience in on-premise Linux IT infrastructure projects
