Position: Project Manager (m/f/d) Level 1 - Facility Management Office Concepts

Tasks:
- Handling specific tasks outlined in the contract (e.g., managing individual work packages in coordination with the responsible project manager)
- Independently handling small-scale projects (minimal complexity without development components, subtasks, or work packages)
- Contributing to the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of assigned project tasks within budget and schedule constraints
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary project team comprising employees from various departments
- Administering the room booking tool to be implemented and managing workstations in the CAFM tool in accordance with facility development planning
- Serve as the point of contact for employees on all matters related to infrastructure-based building management
- Independently develop plans for the needs-based optimization of space and occupancy situations at the site
- Independently and holistically design and implement new office concepts (New Work) for the site, as well as evaluate alternative solutions
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of office space requirements and the work methods of individual functions
- Participation in the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of assigned project tasks within budget and on schedule
- Independently preparing subject-specific documents (presentations, tables, analyses, texts, etc.)
- Independently conducting research, evaluating and organizing content, and preparing the basis for decisions
- Independently commissioning, organizing, coordinating, and technically supervising the services provided by external vendors in infrastructure facility management
- Steering the change process with the help of change management
- Taking on specific tasks related to ongoing facility development (e.g., managing individual work packages in coordination with the responsible department head and site manager)
- Supporting the responsible project manager in the execution of facility management projects
- Responsible for office and workplace design at the Bremen location, taking into account legal and internal company guidelines and framework conditions
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary project team consisting of employees from various departments and contracted external firms
Requirements:
- Willingness to pursue Level C project management certification according to the GPM standard
- Initial experience in managing a project team
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel VBA is desirable
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating facility management activities
- Several years of professional experience in the field of new office concepts and experience in opportunity management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
