Position: Eticor Manager (Legal Registry Manager)

Tasks:

• Administration of the Eticor compliance management tool and the following associated tasks:
• Mapping the current organizational structure in the tool
• Setting up and maintaining the user pool in the tool
• Creating role profiles
• Creating task packages
• Delegating tasks to the created role profiles and task packages, as well as individual delegationsChanges in disciplinary management or in the appointment of representatives must be implemented in the tool immediately
• Administration related to the introduction of additional legal modules (energy law, product safety law, etc.)
• Monthly reporting to management and the Eticor Division Manager
• Preparation for and support during surveillance and recertification audits (DIN 14001, 45001, 50001, 9100)
• Mapping and maintenance of business process management in the tool
• Maintenance of procedural instructions for the administration and use of the tool
• Development of legally compliant logic to simplify task processing

Requirements:

• Review of accompanying delegation letters
• Data protection requirements
• Liability of executives
• Optional knowledge in the following legal areas, as part of coordination with the relevant departments:
• Occupational safety and environmental protection
• Freight and transport law
• Dangerous goods law
• Export control law
• Foreign trade law
• Customs law
• Energy law
• Experience in reviewing legally compliant supporting documentation, internal control systems (ICS), and audits
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent persuasiveness
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good English and German skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide
