Tasks:

• Responsible implementation of sub-projects for operational organizational development in terms of time, costs, and quality
• Development of the associated transformation strategy and translation into work packages and steps
• Planning, agreement, and monitoring of all processes and deadlines
• Leading an interdisciplinary project team of employees from various departments
• Professional preparation of decision templates for top management
• Development of concepts for the continuous improvement of business activities
• Implementation of optimization measures to ensure competitiveness
• Initiation, control, and coordination of special projects and cross-functional interface issues
• Planning, preparation, and moderation of workshops

Requirements:

• Completed master's degree in economics or engineering
• Several years of experience in medium-sized or large transformation and change projects
• Experience in the automotive and/or defense industry
• Business fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in all common MS Office applications
• Initiative and ability to work independently, confident manner, and high level of commitment
• Strategic, analytical, and future-oriented mindset in line with the company's philosophy
