Type: Full-time/%80 Remote

The Digital Workplace Service Line is responsible for providing and operating services for stationary and mobile workplace systems, end devices, communication services, and related backend infrastructures. Within this scope, the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) development area designs secure, state-of-the-art mobility solutions, including systems approved for handling sensitive information. The role contributes to shaping secure mobile communication solutions of the future.

2. Responsibilities

The Senior System Engineer will cover the following areas of responsibility:

• Service design and architecture of secure mobile solutions.
• Act as technical expert for scalable mobile solutions in project engagements.
• Plan, build, and expand EMM infrastructures for secure mobile devices.
• Coordinate closely with other architecture teams.
• Continuously improve services with a focus on emerging technology trends.
• Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical consulting to service management and customers.
• Support 2nd-level operations and communicate with vendors for assigned products.

3. Qualifications

• Languages: German (C1, CEFR) and English (B1, CEFR).
• Education: Bachelors degree in IT or a recognized IT vocational qualification; alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• IT Service Management: At least ITIL Foundation level.

4. Professional Experience

• Proven experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Android, iOS, as well as Secusmart SecuSUITE for Samsung Knox and Linux (minimum 1.5 years).
• Experience in designing mobile enterprise solutions within sensitive infrastructures (minimum 1 year).
