We are looking for a quality inspector (m/f/d) for our customer in Berlin.
Tasks:
- Q-side support for production
- Warehouse audits (ongoing inspection of manufactured products using a checklist) / Main part of the activity
- Measurement and testing during production
- Preparation of quality reports
- Recording and evaluation of defective parts / Decision on rejects / Rework
- Initial and final part approval
- Q-onboarding of production personnel at their plants
- Sorting activities
- Carrying out cut samples and their evaluation
- Ensuring compliance with special approvals and special tests
- Collaboration in the Kaizen team (problem solving for internal and supplier-related quality issues)
- Authorization to stop production
Requirements:
Education: Comparable qualification of at least Bachelor's level
Professional Experience:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience

Experience with metal is mandatory
IT Skills:

MS Office: at least detailed expert knowledge

SAP: at least knowledge of detailed functions
Language Skills:

German: at least business fluent

English: at least advanced

Czech: an advantage
Vocational Training:
Completed training in the metal-technical field
