Mechanical Design Engineer (d/m/w)

Position: Mechanical Design Engineer

Tasks:

• Electronic box design for all devices 
• Responsibility for mechanical design and coordination with the specialist departments
• Preparation of production documents (3D models, drawings and parts lists)
• Creation of dimensional drawings for the customer
• Coordination and definition of the framework conditions for PCB design
• Collaboration in the development of new technologies
• Implementing the development results in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments to create an overall design
• Carrying out initial considerations with regard to thermal and mechanical requirements
• Forward-looking exchange of information and data with analysis, technology, production planning and quality assurance, production planning and quality assurance
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering (university/university of applied sciences) or similar
• Very good knowledge of 3D design and design methodology, preferably UG-NX
• Experience with CAD/PLM systems, preferably ECTR
• SAP R3 knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Basics in FEM, preferably ANSYS.
• Strong deadline and quality awarenessReliable, independent and
