Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to join our clients team in Munich. The role holder will be responsible for the following tasks:
Organizational Development
- Support the design and implementation of effective organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess current organizational needs and suggest improvements
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes, improve communication channels, and optimize workflows
Organizational Governance
- Assist in developing and executing strategies for organizational development
- Monitor compliance with the Organizational Governance Framework
- Coordinate committee meetings
- Monitor specific business processes
- Evaluate quarterly reports
Operational Excellence
- Support the client's Excellence Program and related excellence initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective Operational Excellence workstreams (people, processes, systems, culture) aligned with company strategy
- Drive initiatives within these workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current needs and propose enhancements
Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or strategic changes
- Support employees and teams in adapting to process changes, new structures, or technologies
Collaboration and Communication
- Work in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and overall company strategy
- Promote open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Provide regular reports on organizational development and strategic initiatives to relevant stakeholders

- Experience in implementing strategic initiatives
