Job Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to join our clients team in Munich. The role holder will be responsible for the following tasks:

Organizational Development

• Support the design and implementation of effective organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy
• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess current organizational needs and suggest improvements
• Drive initiatives to streamline processes, improve communication channels, and optimize workflows

Organizational Governance

• Assist in developing and executing strategies for organizational development
• Monitor compliance with the Organizational Governance Framework
• Coordinate committee meetings
• Monitor specific business processes
• Evaluate quarterly reports

Operational Excellence

• Support the client's Excellence Program and related excellence initiatives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective Operational Excellence workstreams (people, processes, systems, culture) aligned with company strategy
• Drive initiatives within these workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current needs and propose enhancements

Change Management

• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or strategic changes
• Support employees and teams in adapting to process changes, new structures, or technologies

Collaboration and Communication

• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and overall company strategy
• Promote open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
• Provide regular reports on organizational development and strategic initiatives to relevant stakeholders

Education

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field

Professional Experience

• Experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning ideally in a corporate environment
• Experience in implementing strategic initiatives
