Position: Repair/Order Management Clerk

Tasks:

    • Order processing in the field of plant repair in compliance with the specifications of contracts and service descriptions
    • Coordination of the repair and spare parts business with the various specialist departments
    • spare parts business within the cost and schedule framework at the site
    • Creation of work, schedule and repair plans according to specifications in SAP
    • Progress monitoring and evaluation of CS orders
    • Preparation of documentation (findings/billing documents, cost estimates, quality documents if necessary) and provision of these for the commercial offices
    • Technical problem clarification with the client/commercial bodies within the framework of specifications from the project
    • Technical and commercial order processing with subcontractors, including preparation of all delivery documents Coordination of repair orders in consultation with the production departments
    • Monitoring of repair progress/adherence to deadlines and initiation of measures in the event of deviations and, if necessary, escalation to specialist supervisors
    • Initiation of timely provision of material or tracking of missing parts
    • Ensuring communication between project management and production and scheduling
    • Participation in status and project meetings
    • SAP maintenance of all relevant content in the repair order
    • Recommendations for optimizing the repair process
    • Preparation of evaluations, reports, working documents and documentation according to specifications
    • Ensuring all processing-relevant measures to achieve the success of the order in line with the company's goals
    • Sustainable maintenance of supplier contacts
    • Consultation with suppliers during order processing
    • Ensuring targeted communication internally and externally 


Requirements:

    • Completed technical training in the field of electronics or comparable qualification, with further training in a job-specific commercial area
    • Several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity
    • Strong practical knowledge of SAP R3 Customer Service
    • Good written and spoken English and German skills
    • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
    • Very good organizational and communication skills
    • Independent and self-reliant way of working
    • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
    • Confident appearance and strong assertiveness
    • Good ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
