Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Responsible implementation of the performance- and quality-oriented planning and execution of the assigned project (project management) in compliance with the cost and schedule framework in particular, this also includes large-scale projects
• Ensuring all processing-related measures to achieve the success of the respective project in line with the company's goals
• Execution of national and international contracts
• Long-term maintenance of customer contacts in terms of project fulfillment (if necessary in coordination with sales)
• Ensuring contract, risk and claim management externally and internally (in cooperation with the respective departments)
• Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility)
• Conducting negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the specialist departments involved
• Management of suppliers during project management in coordination with the purchasing department (material responsibility)
• Support of sales in acquisition transactions
• Ensuring targeted project communication to internal and external
  Progress monitoring and evaluation, as well as preparation of reports from controlling reports
• Preparation of project status reports for internal reporting and for the client
• Structuring of customer requirements as well as implementation in corresponding work breakdown structures, quantity structures and schedules
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Completed technical university studies (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Inform. / Master)
• Many years of experience in project management
• Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard
• Experience in leading teams responsibly
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), other foreign languages (Spanish, French) desirable
