Tasks:

• Management and control of series purchasing
• Carrying out material procurement (order processing, rescheduling, missing parts management)
• Solving problems in the logistics chain (incoming goods, warehouse, forwarding agents, ...)
• Carrying out forecasting processes with suppliers to ensure material availability material availability

Application of process mining tools to identify process inefficiencies

• Performance management for day-to-day operations
• Improvement of delivery performance including root cause analysis, as well as derivation and tracking of action plans
• Optimization of inventories (increase in inventory turnover rates)
• Reducing throughput times and increasing flexibility along the entire supply chain
  
  Delivery models and master data maintenance
• Responsibility and setting of all relevant material master data for the operative daily business 
• Agreement and introduction of delivery models with suppliers

Requirements:

Language skills

• German at least business fluent
• English at least business fluent

University degree

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or similar or comparable vocational training professional training

Professional experience

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in purchasing

IT

• Good knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of logistics and procurement
