Position: Order Management Specialist

Location:Munich, Germany

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Order management Service business from incoming orders to invoicing: complex revision projects, repairs, complaint management
• Active project coordination with customers, sales and other internal stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented project management (cross-process coordination with internal and external coordination with internal and external parties) incl. holding meetings
• Support in the area of project initiation and preparation
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Initiation of shipping processes incl. tracking
• Determination of prices according to sales specifications and subsequent invoicing
• Carrying out project evaluations (project controlling) and corresponding documentation

Requirements:

Language skills

• German at least business fluent
• English at least proficient

Professional training

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies or comparable
• Experience in project-related order management

IT

• SAP R/3 user knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge of

• Basic knowledge of customs clearance is an advantage
