Position: Software Integrator for Mobile Information & Communication Systems

Location: Bundeswehr locations

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Installation and configuration of the information & communication equipment of vehicles based on configuration specifications, according to checklist
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of vehicle information & communication equipment on site Functional testing, execution of tests and creation of test protocols according to specification
• Documentation of activities and problems on site
• Contributing to the active distribution of knowledge in the overall team

Requirements:

• Electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician)
• Mechatronics technician min. vocational training
• IT systems electronics technician min. vocational training
• Electrical engineering/electronics at least vocational training
• Driving licence class B/ 3 min. completed/available
• Driving licence class CE/ 2 at least completed/available
• German at least business fluent
• English at least advanced
• Professional experience Experience in integration, testing and acceptance of systems is desirable
• Knowledge, handling and configuration of radio equipment (HF, VHF, UHF), mobile phones/cellular networks (TETRA), GPS or satellite phones is an advantage
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) is an advantage
• Experience in using the tools of the Atlassian stack is an advantage
