Position: HR Specialist / PMO

Location: Munich, Germany

Field: Automotive

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Administrative HR work as part of the entire employee life cycle
• System-side implementation of new department structures and transfers in SAP
• SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Entry and maintenance of employee data in Employee Central and SAP R/3
• Creation of HR documents, such as contracts and contract amendments
• Contact person for employees on personnel and employment contract issues
• Creating evaluations and carrying out data preparation (e.g. analyses
  time management)
• Maintaining electronic personnel files
• Support with HR projects in Germany
• Creating presentations and decision templates in MS PowerPoint

Requirements:

Language skills

• German at least business fluent
• English at least business fluent

Degree

• Successfully completed business studies, commercial training or comparable qualification
  

Professional experience

• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position

IT

• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of SAP Success Factors Employee Central
