Position: Project Manager (m/w/d)

Type: Full-time/on-site

Tasks:

• Project management of large, complex innovation projects
• Creating, coordinating, updating, and tracking project planning for individual projects
• Co-designing and conceptualizing strategic aspects of the product and the project scope in cooperation with the technical lead, product management, the division manager, and other relevant stakeholders (CoCs, sales, systems, etc.)
• Responsibility, mapping, updating, and monitoring of deadline, cost, and quality statuses, as well as monitoring and ensuring these
• Creation and maintenance of business cases and discussion of these with controlling and other auditing companies
• Preparation of presentation documents and representation of the project to top management (e.g., management)
• Planning, moderation, and documentation of regular project meetings; maintenance of the list of measures
• Coordination of all internal stakeholders involved in the project process (i.e., R&D, engineering, production, logistics, controlling, etc.)
• Processing the work packages assigned to CoC project management
• Supporting project risk management

Requirements:

Professional experience

• Professional experience of at least 5 years
• Sound experience in complex projects and team constellations

IT

• MS-Office at least knowledge of detailed functions

Language skills

• German at least business fluent
• English at least business fluent

Degree

• Completed studies in the field of engineering or industrial engineering

Knowledge of

• Sound knowledge of the rail vehicle (supply) market and the corresponding technology
• Sound business management expertise
