Role Overview
The Service Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing technical service rollouts, with a focus on LAN, WLAN, WAN, and Voice/Video services. This role ensures smooth implementation by overseeing internal and external delivery units, tracking timelines, and maintaining quality standards. Acting as the interface between technical teams, service management, and stakeholders, the Service Integration Manager plays a key role in ensuring reliable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as sub-project lead for rollout activities within IT projects (technical project management).
- Manage and coordinate internal and external teams for site-specific rollouts.
- Oversee commissioning and switching of network components.
- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure rollout activities meet defined quality criteria.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent vocational IT qualification.
Certifications:
- IT Service Management certification (ITIL Foundation).
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, GPM Level D) preferred.
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working in secure IT environments (e.g., government, banking, cloud, or data centers).
- At least 5 years of experience coordinating logistics, material deliveries, and collaborating with service technicians and administrators.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in IT environments.
Languages:
- German (C1) and English (C1), according to CEFR.
Soft Skills
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal communication skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
