Project Manager / Relocation Manager (m/f/d) – Equipment Relocation and Infrastructure

Position: Project Manager / Relocation Manager (m/f/d) – Equipment Relocation and Infrastructure

Location: Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany

Type: Weekly working 35 hours

Tasks:

• Comprehensive planning, management, and supervision of machine and equipment relocations as well as new installations
• Scheduling coordination with the departments involved
• Detailed planning of the plant layout in CAD, incorporating changes
• Drafting capital expenditure proposals
• Supporting the parties involved, such as foreman teams and maintenance departments, etc., for example by:
• Obtaining quotes
• Preparing requirements specifications
• Negotiating with external contractors
  

Requirements:

• Foreman, technician, or bachelor's degree holder with relevant technical background
• Fluency in German
• CAD skills
• Hands-on approach
• Highly structured organizational skills
