Position: Configuration and Document Manager / L-File Position

Location: Penzberg, Germany

Field:Defence

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• System-based recording of manufactured configuration statuses within production operations
• Management of configuration statuses throughout the entire product lifecycle

• Management of the associated documentation

• Central L-file office of the manufacturing/maintenance operations

• Managing data in the customers tracking tool

• Controlling planned product changes within the maintenance process

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training with a commercial or technical background

• Very careful, pragmatic, and constructive working style

• Ability to meet procedural requirements even under pressure

• Experience in document management or with PLM tools is an advantage

• Affinity for digital management of product data

• Good MS Office skills

• Good German and English language skills
