Tasks:
We are seeking a Specialist in Order Management for Rail Services (m/f/d) for our client based in Berlin.

• The successful candidate (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
• Order management for the services business, from order receipt to invoicing: complex overhaul projects, repairs, and complaint management
• Active project coordination with customers, sales and other internal stakeholders
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented project management (cross-process coordination with internal and external parties) including the organisation of meetings
• Support in the area of project initiation and preparation
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Initiation of dispatch processes, including tracking
• Determination of prices in accordance with sales specifications and subsequent invoicing
• Conducting project evaluations (project controlling) and corresponding documentation

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A strong willingness to learn, as well as resilience and flexibility
• A strong focus on performance and quality
• Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the role will be classified under BER08 or BER09.
• Vocational training
• Commercial training (minimum vocational qualification)
  or Technical training (minimum vocational qualification)
• Comparable qualification (minimum Bachelor's degree)
• At least 2 years' professional experience
• Experience in project-based contract management
• German: at least business fluent
• English: at least proficient
• SAP R/3 user knowledge is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of customs clearance is an advantage
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented approach to work
• Strong service and customer focus
• Confident manner and communication skills
