Operational Purchaser (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• UAN management (selection of qualified subcontractors, onboarding, maintenance and evaluation of supplier relationships, and ensuring delivery quality and reliability)
• Material and component procurement (procurement of raw materials, parts, components, IT requirements, and services, as well as ensuring the availability of materials/services and planning reorders)
• Contract and compliance management (concluding agreements with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with export control regulations)
• Project management (cross-departmental coordination of procurement activities with development, production, and quality control)
• Risk management (identifying and assessing risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to minimize supply chain risks)
• Documentation and reporting (creating and maintaining purchasing documentation, reports, analyses, and reporting on procurement activities and cost savings)

Requirements:

• You have commercial training and professional experience in purchasing.
• You are highly reliable and have a meticulous approach to your work.
• You have good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in SAP is desirable.
• Knowledge of fluent German and English.
• You have an understanding of processes, organizational skills, flexibility, and structured time management.
• You have strong communication skills as a link between departments.
• You have a sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, and initiative.
