Job Description

The role supports operational logistics processes within an IT supply chain environment. The focus is on coordinating orders, managing logistics workflows, and ensuring efficient handling of IT hardware-related operations across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming requests through designated communication channels
• Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Assign and manage tasks for order processing and logistics execution
• Support invoice control and financial verification processes
• Assist in demand forecasting and monitor material availability
• Ensure smooth integration of new projects into operational workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting activities

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and business operations
• Experience in order processing and coordination of logistics workflows
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP MM or SAP SD)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• English: B1 level
