Senior System Administrator
Providing 2nd Level Support for secure VPN solutions in high-security IT environments. Responsible for incident handling, troubleshooting, system administration, change support, testing activities, installation and configuration of VPN solutions, and maintenance of technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle incoming incidents within 2nd Level Support via phone and remote access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to secure VPN solutions in both customer and internal environments.
• Support the planning, evaluation, and implementation of IT service changes.
• Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities.
• Install and configure VPN solutions in compliance with applicable security requirements.
• Maintain, update, and enhance technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Recognized vocational training in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an IT environment.
• German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B1 level according to CEFR.

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Service Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in 2nd Level Incident Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in the operation, administration, or troubleshooting of VPN solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in Windows OS administration.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, ideally ITIL Foundation level.
