WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You can expect a versatile position within Human Resources. In your role, you will support the HR Manager at the Penzberg site as well as the HR team at the headquarters in Bremen, making a significant contribution to the smooth implementation of all administrative and HR-related processes – always with a focus on the requirements of our aviation operations.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our colleagues regarding HR administrative matters and work closely with managers, the HR team in Bremen, and other internal interfaces. In doing so, you see yourself as a service-oriented contact person who works in a structured, reliable, and solution-focused manner.

Operational HR Management

  • Independently handling administrative HR processes
  • Implementing personnel-related measures in accordance with guidelines and in coordination with the HR Manager
  • Supporting the preparation of hearings and collaborating with the Works Council
  • Maintaining and managing digital personnel files and ensuring proper documentation

Recruiting & HR Processes

  • Administrative support in the recruiting process (e.g., scheduling appointments, correspondence)
  • Coordination with managers and the central recruiting team
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees

Personnel Development & Organization

  • Administrative support for training and development measures
  • Assisting in tracking qualifications within the aviation technical environment
  • Contributing to organizational measures and structural adjustments

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional training in Human Resources
  • Initial experience in operational HR administration
  • Ideally, solid knowledge of labor law and social security law
  • Structured and conscientious working style
  • High level of service orientation and discretion
