Work Planner (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Implementation and coordination of series preparation in coordination with the projects (design, procurement, quality)
• Creation of production and production supply concepts based on the pull principle
• Implementation of workflow planning (definition of processes and sequence within assembly)
• Determination of general operational planning parameters (e.g., order times based on MTM/REFA)
• Determination of product costs
• Implementation of work system planning (planning of workstations, production lines, etc.) taking into account modern production methods and ergonomic aspects
• Integration of the external logistics service provider into the production process
• Implementation of optimization projects within assembly
• Continuous improvement of processes within the assigned area of responsibility
• Concept development and calculations in the context of the production of new and existing projects, as well as their support

Requirements:

• Completed bachelor's degree in production engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in work planning/work preparation
• High level of technical understanding of the sequence of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of modern production process methods
• Experience in recording standard times using REFA or MTM
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
• Good English and German skills (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of modern production process methods
• Strong analytical skills and a confident and assertive manner
• Affinity for agile working methods
• Willingness to travel worldwide
