Position Overview

The Senior Expert Business Integration supports technology management and innovation initiatives by coordinating studies, managing communication strategies, and driving technology foresight and transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for technology initiatives
• Manage and coordinate technical studies and innovation projects
• Plan and control multi-project environments (risks, dependencies, quality)
• Execute procurement processes in line with European regulations
• Create presentations, reports, and communication materials
• Produce written content for publications and reports
• Coordinate with stakeholders across research, industry, and internal teams
• Support forecasting and technology roadmap development

Requirements

• Strong project management experience (IPMA / PRINCE2)
• Experience with procurement and regulatory frameworks
• Background in communication, media, or content creation
• Experience in innovation or technology environments
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• German (C2) and English (B1)
