Love working with data, spotting trends, and influencing what shoppers see on shelves? This could be right up your street. We're looking for a Category Manager to work closely with grocery retailers and help grow the category in a smart, shopper-first way.

You'll be the go-to person for category insight, working directly with customers to help them make better decisions and drive growth. No two days will look the same, but youll be:

• Turning data into clear, practical recommendations that customers can actually use
• Supporting decisions on range, layout, availability, pricing, and promotions
• Building strong relationships with buyers and category teams
• Working closely with internal teams to keep everything aligned
• Testing new ideas and measuring what works (and what doesnt)
• Playing a key role in range reviews and making sure the shopper is always front of mind
• Acting as a trusted partner to customers, not just a supplier

What were looking for

• Around 2+ years experience in category, sales, or retail
• Someone whos comfortable working with data and telling a story with it
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Commercially aware and curious about how retail works
• Grocery experience is a bonus, but not essential
