Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager looking to step up into a senior role, or an established Senior NAM ready for a fresh challenge?

About the Role:

Youll be responsible for delivering volume, share, and profit targets through best-in-class joint business planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing tailored business plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Leading negotiations on trade terms, cost price increases, and promotional plans.
  • Managing and developing a National Account Executive, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Using data and insights to drive decision-making and optimise trade investment.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to maximise visibility and availability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record as a National Account Manager or Senior NAM within an FMCG business.
  • Experience managing relationships with wholesale/convenience accounts.
  • Can lead negotiations and has a history of delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Previous people management experience is a plus!
