Were working with a leading consumer goods brand to find a Business Analyst to join their Strategy, Insights & Data team. This is a great opportunity to work across multiple functions, influencing both short-term performance and long-term strategic direction.

About the Role:

Reporting into the Head of Insights & Data, youll work with internal and external data sources to create scalable models and insight that inform commercial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

• Organising, structuring, and modelling large datasets from multiple sources to support advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Building and maintaining semantic layers that simplify access to data and enable self-service analytics for business users.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to translate commercial questions into data requirements.
• Using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau to analyse, visualise, and present insights in a clear, impactful way.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in a data or analytics role within an FMCG company.
• Is confident in at least one of SQL, Python, or R.
• Has both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Is naturally curious and passionate about finding connections in data that drive business outcomes.
