About the Role:

Reporting into the European Sales Director, youll take responsibility for a portfolio of high-potential distributor markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of a portfolio of international distributor markets across EMEA.
• Evaluating and evolving distributor partnerships - switching out underperformers and identifying scalable new opportunities.
• Driving growth through clear commercial plans, structured follow-up, and strong local relationships.
• Operating at pace across multiple territories while supporting brand visibility and consistency.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in international sales at a consumer goods business.
• Is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive in building strong business relationships.
• Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment where you have real autonomy and can take ownership to make impact.
• Ideally speaks an additional European language (this is not essential).
